Massage Services 

Enjoy a customized 30, 60, or 90 minute therapeutic massage in a health-focused environment.

 

Our licensed massage therapist will use a variety of massage techniques during each session and incorporate complimentary add-ons that we feel are essential to your session.

 

Each massage includes the full allotted time as hands-on with extra time automatically scheduled between appointments for client intake forms, consultation, dressing/undressing time, report of findings and education to our clients.

Our add-ons include: Cupping, Graston/Gua Sha, Percussion gun, Hot Stones, Essential Oils, Dry Brushing, Topical CBD, Cooling Muscle Creams, and so much more!!!

Additional Therapeutic Services

Our Additional Therapeutic Services include Compression Therapy and Infrared Sauna Blanket. These services can be scheduled as a stand alone appointment or before/after a massage session. Choose between a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute session for any of these services.

Monthly Massage Members receive 10% off these services.

If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition, we ask that you get approval from your Physician before booking any of these additional services.

Compression Therapy

(Hips, Legs, and Arms)

Compression Therapy improves circulation, flushes lactic acid, assists in movement with lymphatic fluids, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery. This device has controllable chambers that fill with air to provide a specific amount of pressure in targeting areas. Select from levels ranging  1-7 and durations ranging from 15 - 60 minutes to customize your compression therapy session to receive optimal results.

Infrared Sauna Blanket

$20 (15 minute)

Infrared Sauna Blanket is similar to a typical sauna; except there is minimal sweating  and no undressing. Infrared Sauna helps create a stronger immune system, muscle tension relief, increased metabolism, detoxification and weight loss. The device you lay down inside has a controlled time and heat setting. We recommend wearing comfy clothes (athletic wear and pajamas are acceptable.) Choose a duration between 15 - 60 minutes.
